Parkwood Park is a small neighborhood park in Maryland Heights at 3145 Parkwood Lane.  The park has a 0.7 mile trail with fitness stations.  It also has a playground, picnic area, restroom, water fountain, and a small parking lot. Next to the park on one side is the Holy Spirit soccer fields.  On the other side of the park is Parkwood Elementary school with several playgrounds.
